Per the listing the main house on this property burned down 17 months ago, but the guest house and 3 car garage is still there. also it has a “small outcropping mountain” on it that the “prior owner craeted a cave system that runs thru it ending at the top of the mountain with views of the SF bay”. Also the property is attributed to the inventor of the slot machine. Currently listed for only $3,450,000. also in the listing there are renderings for what you can do with it and he guest house and garage are currently rented for $5k a month.
