We have never said this before but here’s a near perfect MCM in Saint Louis Park, MN that was built in 1958 by the Aluminum Company of America and is apparently one of just 24 “alcoa care-freee homes” by modernist architect Charles M. Goodman. Also up to 7500 pounds of aluminum was used to construct the home(s). CL for only $990,000.

For #zgwcastlefridays, this castle was the “original gatehouse of the historic Lindenwold Castle” built in 1911 in Ambler PA by industrialist Richard Maddison.
